Does Hemp Oil Canada offer retail size products?

No, our products are sold only to manufacturers, bulk wholesalers, distributors and businesses. We do not sell to the final consumer.

Does Hemp Oil Canada sell hemp products to the foodservice industry, for example, restaurants and bakeries?

What is your minimum order quantity for a bulk order?

MOQ’s are 20L(5gal) for hemp seed oil, 50lbs for all other hemp products.

What is your minimum order quantity for private label packaging?

MOQ for private label is 600 units/item/order. Please note different products cannot be combined to satisfy the 600 MOQ.

What is involved in private label packaging?

To ensure a smooth private label packaging processes please visit our Private Label page or contact us.

Please note: All packaging material and labels must be on site before we can queue your order in the packaging line. Our lead time to deliver your final packaged product is approx. 4 weeks after submission of your purchase order.

Does Hemp Oil Canada offer label design or print services for private label packaging?

No, we do not offer label design or print services directly.  Visit our Label Guidance page to learn more about our label review services.

Where can I find private label packaging pricing?

Once you choose your product type and packaging preference one of our Customer Care Reps will prepare a customized quote for your company.

After I receive pricing, how do I place an order?

To ensure order accuracy, Hemp Oil Canada recommends that all bulk wholesale and private label orders be submitted via purchase order and emailed to orders@hempoilcan.com.

After submission of your order, a Customer Care Rep will respond directly to you within 24-48 hrs to confirm your order. Though we do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible, sometimes the best way to get immediate answers to an urgent request is to call our Customer Care Dept. at 1-800-289-4367.

What information should be included on my purchase order?

Please review the requirements below to ensure all information is correctly entered.
• HOCI Customer NO. – new customers will be given a HOCI Customer NO. on first order
• SHIP TO address
• BILL TO address
• If US customer- EIN or Fed tax id#
• Contact name, phone, email for both ship to and bill to addresses
• Product description (using the same terminology from our website if possible)
• Product quantity, measurement units in lbs
• Payment terms
• Testing requirements/specs (if applicable)
• Shipping requirements, delivery appointment contacts (if applicable)

What if I have questions about my order that is already in queue? Who should I email?

A Customer Care Rep, whose name will be noted on your order on the left side of your order confirmation, is your account manager for the duration of your order.

We would recommend calling our office at 1-800-289-4367 if you have immediate or urgent concerns regarding your order in queue.

What are the lead times for hemp products?

Our processing facility is in use 24/7 to meet the ever increasing demand for hemp foods. Although we maintain some product inventory on site, most of our processing is completed “fresh to order” ensuring product freshness.

If you are looking for bulk wholesale, please contact us and indicate which product is of most interest to your company as well as the volume of your intended order so we can better assist you with availability.

If you are looking for private label packaging, all packaging material and labels must be approved and physically on site before we can queue your order in the packaging line. Our lead time to deliver your final packaged product is approx. 4 weeks after submission of your purchase order.

Does Hemp Oil Canada offer environmentally friendly packaging?

Yes, we carry private label packaging materials are 100% compostable and biodegradable. We also have recyclable plastic canisters.

Our ready to eat hemp foods do not contain additives or preservatives. It is crucial that final private label packaging be light and air impermeable to protect hemp’s delicate omegas and to keep the product as fresh as possible.

For bulk orders, we encourage customers to purchase in bulk totes rather than smaller 50lbs bags to help reduce waste.

Does Hemp Oil Canada offer free shipping?

No, due to the high volumes we produce and move every day we are unable to offer free shipping.

Does Hemp Oil Canada offer drop shipping?

No, we are unable to drop ship.

How do I request a shipping quote?

To receive a shipping quote we do require the volume of product you wish to order along with your full physical address. Please call us at 1-800-289-4367 or email your full address to info@hempoilcan.com. A Customer Care Rep will then contact you with the requested information.
